Disbursements
A Court fee of £92.00 per Lasting Power of Attorney is payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.
FAMILY/ONE OFF ADVICE
1st Half hour – £125 plus VAT (£150)
Legal Aid will be assessed for domestic abuse/social services but must bring proof of income not more than 28 days and any paperwork.
WILLS
Single Will – £150 plus VAT (£180)
Couple – £275 plus VAT (£330)
Home visits are and extra £50 plus VAT (£60)
LPAS
£300 plus VAT (£360) per LPA – £92 court fee
COURT OF PROTECTION
Fixed Fee – £1204 plus VAT (£1444.80)
Court Fee – £465.00
A Court fee of £421.00 is also payable to the Court on issue of your application.
Further disbursements may be incurred to include insurance bond fees.
PROBATE
Fixed Fee £125 plus VAT (£150) – first half hour
Fee earner will advise of costs but:
£750 plus VAT (£900) no inheritance tax
Min £2,000 plus Vat (£2,400) with inheritance tax* fees confirmed once assets established
Probate Registry Fees are now £300. Office copies are £16.00 per copy
