Experienced Conveyancing Assistant
ICS Law, are a Lexcel-accredited firm, we have a long and successful history of providing quality service to clients. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our conveyancing department based in Jarrow. Your experience must be in English/Welsh law.
The position is to undertake Residential Conveyancing tasks while working in a busy department.
Applicants should have the following:
- experience relating to the sale and purchase of residential property, from opening the file through to completion and necessary post-completion work
- ability to multitask
- experience handling small caseloads (this is advantageous, but not essential)
The position is full-time and work must take place from our Jarrow-based offices, the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
