Disbursements
A Court fee of £82.00 per Lasting Power of Attorney is payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.
Court of Protection
Any application to the Court of Protection for a Deputyship Order is charged at a fixed rate of £900.00 plus VAT of £180.00.
A Court fee of £371.00 is also payable to the Court on issue of your application.
